During the commissioning process, you understand and agree to the terms and conditions listed below. Do NOT say you consent to and have read all TOS prior to commissioning me if you have issue with the things listed here or have not read them all the way.

These terms may change at any time, for any reason. Please be sure you are up-to-date with my TOS prior to commissioning me!

Usage of my Works

I DO NOT approve of my work being used for NFT's, cryptocurrency, or anything blockchain related. Additionally, I do not consent to have my work used to train AI.
I do not support AI or blockchain related ventures in any aspect. Please look elsewhere if this is what you are interested in!

Prior to Starting the Commission Process

Please note: Any and all customers must legally be over eighteen and be willing to provide sufficient proof of such. If anyone is found to be under eighteen at any point of the commissioning process, I reserve the right to refuse service and the individual will be blacklisted.
- Unfortunately, you need to be over 18! This is to help protect the financial safety of both myself and my commissioners. I reserve the right to ID you if necessary.
What will I draw?
- Furries (anthro or feral) - any species, but I'll let you know if I have less experience with more niche species (:
- Fanart - I am mainly comfortable with animals. If I do not think I will be able to do justice to a certain character I'll let you know.
- Candygore / light gore
What wont I draw?
- NSFW - suggestive art is OK for anthro characters ONLY
- Humans
- Mechs / Vehicles
- Political pieces
- Racist, homophobic/transphobic, sexist, or bigoted pieces

Means of Payment

I currently only accept Paypal for payments and it will need to be in USD only. Payment is full and up-front!
Invoices that have not been paid in 48 hours will be cancelled.
Refunds will only be issued prior to the completion of the first sketch. The refund will be 50% the original price.
- If the commission hasn't been started, a full refund will be issued
- If at any point in time I am unable to finish the piece and forfeit the commission, a full refund will be issued
I will send preliminary sketches before moving on to the next phase with approval. Adjustments at the sketch stage are free of charge. I will also provide linework, and flat color progress (if applicable) to ensure all details are met. After the sketch phase, I will only allow 2 minor edits prior to charging for any additional changes.
- The extent of these charges may range from 10 - 75% and will be discussed with the Client
I may charge more depending on the complexity of the character and will inform you of the extra charge before you commit to the commission.

When Commissioning Me

The Client must provide accurate, clear references (or descriptions for reference sheets), and specify all details they wish to see in the artwork, or accept my interpretation of unclear references.
Please let me know if your commission will have a deadline! I have no problem with prioritizing certain pieces, but a rush fee will be added to the piece depending on how urgent it is needed.
Communication is encouraged and expected during the commissioning process. It is my duty as a commissioner to send you updates! Please reach out to me regarding your commission at any time via Twitter, Instagram, or email.
- I will not always respond immediately to messages; however, if it has been 24 hours please reach out to me again.
The completed art belongs to you, so feel free to do whatever you want for personal use (non-commercial) - with credit!
- Please credit my Twitter / Bluesky (@CircusHound) or Insta (@Circus_Hound)
For physical commissions, the Client is responsible for paying shipping fees. The Client will be informed of these very early on in the commission process.
You may not re-sell, copy, or attempt to recreate my artwork. My artwork may not be heavily referenced or traced.
